Disconnect Material Node
Break one connection: an input pin on a node, or one of the material's own outputs. The node stays. A disconnected input falls back to the pin's DEFAULT VALUE rather than to nothing, so the material still compiles and quietly renders differently.

materialreq | string | |
force | boolean = false | Edit even when the asset cannot currently be saved - for example when revision control is configured but disconnected. The change will be made in memory and WILL BE LOST unless the underlying problem is fixed before saving. Only pass this if you intend to discard the work or fix the connection first. |
input | string | Input pin name or index. The first input if omitted. |
node | string | The node whose INPUT is being unwired. Give this or "property", not both. |
property | string | A material output to unwire instead: BaseColor, Roughness, Normal and the rest. |
